Authorization is needed to return goods. Return requests must be made within 14 days of invoice date. All returned goods must be in resalable condition. Please refer to your invoice number and customer code number when you are returning merchandise. All returned goods must be sent prepaid. Fabricated shop work and / or custom frame or door items may not be returned for credit. All special order items and discontinued items are sold on a non-returnable basis only.
